So basically, I got a Vero violation on one of my listings few days ago saying I should ask the owners of the Item I'm selling for premission to sell it, they did not answer me So I wondered around google looking for asnwers.
Basically my question is would Ebay just simply remove my listing again if I relist it or would they not let me sell again on Ebay?/ or would it have any other concequences..?

No one here can tell you the answer for sure, because no one here has done it. Probably anyone who has tried it can no longer respond to this question because their account has been blocked and they can no longer sign on to eBay.

Basically, if they pulled it and you relist it, they'll pull it again and possibly suspend your account. Don't do it.

Suspension. Never relist an item that was taken down, especially for a Vero violation.

If you get a vero violation for the same item within a ? period of time (say 6 months at least) you are probably looking at a 7 day restriction or suspension. For the former they let your listings run but you can't add new ones or revise existing ones. For the latter all your listings would be ended.
Or you might get a more sever punishment, a 30 day suspension or worse.

I wouldn't make that assumption!
It's was many years ago but I was given a 7 day followed by a 30 day. I don't know what eBay hands out nowadays but I doubt it's more lenient than it was 15 years ago.
Also, not all Vero's are created equal, eBay is much more sensitive to certain brands than others and the exact nature of the infringement can also make a difference.

Read all info - it seems there is not straight forward policy I would not be tempered to do it unless I didn't care if you banned from selling on eBay for infinity. eBay is the judge & jury on this matter. In fewer words - Don't think you want to find out

What do you think the consequences would be if you were told not to do something and you kept doing it?

To quote Einstein
“Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.”
Although that may not apply in this case because at some point the results are going to be different when the sellers account is suspended.

Looking at your listings, you'll have a lot more of them removed.
Are you approved to sell digital items?
Do you own the digital items you're selling?

You're selling stuff you don't have the right to sell. Transferring accounts or keys is prohibited as per EPIC ToS.
If you get more listings reported and removed that are in violation of policy you will find out first hand what the consequences are.
