Trying to List for the first time

I'm trying to list and sell my luxury watch but getting a message about a $200 limit? I can't seem to find a means of reaching anyone at Ebay. Everything seems to route back to generic info listed on the site that doesn't really answer anything.

How to cancel a listing

ebay's customer service sucks. I can not find any way to unlist an item. There is no way to phone them and there is no help topic that address this topic. Can some one help on this topic?

Open Buyer Claims
