What does transfers mean on the financial statement. Is that a sale?

What does transfers mean on the financial statement?  Is it a sale or purchase?

If you mean on the monthly statement...........the one I'm showing is for a shipping payment that was paid out of my checking account because I had no funds on ebay at the time..........

I "presume" it could mean other costs........like a store fee........wherein there were no funds available........

I don't see Transfers on mine, but I don't have a Store. Could it be for your store fees?

Neither sale nor purchase.    Transfer Out on EBAY reports means that money was "taken from your bank account" to cover EBAY store fees/cost of shipping label.    This happens when you don't have enough money available in your "pending funds" and to cover expenses.
