What does the red exclamation point mean on the payment tab?

Before I contact eBay, was wondering if anyone knows what the red exclamation point means.  I have never seen the red exclamation point before. No funds on hold, no message from eBay, not sure what is going on. Does anyone have any idea? I am on a daily schedule. There is a total amount of available funds so, I should have a payout tomorrow, but it states no scheduled payouts. Very strange.

This happened to me when I uploaded my drivers license for verification.  It went away after a couple of days

Are any store fees due now that would use up your available funds so that you wouldn't have a payout?  

I have to ask, clicking the "!" doesn't link to anything?

They sent me a message a few months ago asking me to download my DL and I did, I don't think they would ask again.

Maybe it is a glitch or something.

Yes, you are right, clicking on the ! does not do anything. Also, you may be right again about the store fees. It is the 31st. I may have never noticed it before. I will wait one more day and see what happens.
