Seriously, what does it take to get a manager call back. I had an issue back in March and was promised 3 different time someone would call me back. Guess what, it never happened. I was given time frames in those conversation of 24 hours to one time 30 minutes.
I have been with ebay over 20 years now and the issue happened again on Saturday. My account is frozen and I was promised a call back in 24 hours. Absolutely nothing.
So what does it really take to get someone who has the ability the actually answer questions and do something other than a front line working just guessing with the issue might be?

Not been my experience. Have had excellent results with the CS on facebook??

Oh, yeah. Chat is as worthless as call-in C/S. I've only had luck with facebook. Good luck, I might add. Try it.

Can you explain exactly what you mean by "frozen"?
Did you get a message from eBay telling you that your account was suspended?
If so, did it say "indefinitely"?
If so, did it say the decision was final?

I have two email addresses and two banking institutions.
Maybe open a new account like I did a while back.
Calling will not work.
I gave up calling a few years ago.
