What does 'charges' mean in the transactions section? Found in My ebay > payments > reports

Was locating my refunds to deduct on my taxes and then I saw this random 'charges' amount in Net transfers category

may be a transfer from your bank to ebay for shipping label/store rent etc for which you did not have funds available in ebay at the time.......

I just looked at my report and under Net Transfers I have a charge...

in my case it is the balance i paid from my bank source to cover my store (i was 6.86 short on payment day)

so i initiated a transfer from my bank to ebay......
