Not only i didn’t receive call back (no missed calls or voicemail) but the lie that my contact changed

I guess that's Ebay's "polite" way of saying they don't want to deal your problem. My guess is because the people they hire for CS don't actually know how to help you. Common topic on this forum and typical programmed/scripted (unacceptable) reply.

I've gotten that message too, when there was nothing wrong with my phone. I had to use my husband's phone to call (he also has an Ebay account) and it went through. Very annoying. That was before we moved, though, and my phone number listed with Ebay was a land line. I don't know if that has anything to do with it, although it shouldn't have since that was the number on my account. It's probably just a glitch (another one!) of some kind.

I have gotten this and then went in again and asked for the call back and the second one came through just fine. Sometimes I think their systems do not connect properly.
The message you got is a system generated one that is sent when a call back fails. They track all calls by their CS folks, and this indicates that the CS rep tried but was unable to connect.

What you need to do is add the number to your contact list so when you get a call back it goes through and you can see it is Ebay.

Make sure there's not a block on the phone to disregard unknown phone numbers.

Well I didn’t request call back. When i do I watch my phone and i never missed it.

I did that -- made up a number and added it to my contact list -- since I didn't know what number eBay would be calling from.
