I have not made a single sale on my Ebay page for a week and a half now. I've tried just about everything I can think of to try and boost my sales. Providing as many pictures for my listings as I can, sending out generous offers when any items become send-offer elligible, also reducing prices on certain items that have been on my page for a while, I even became desperate enough to use promoted listings to at least to get some more views, I have tried everything to try and get my inventory sold more quickly now but nothing seems to work and I'm getting frustrated and desperate because I could really use the money from these sales so, what else is there for me to try?

I’ll try to help you. The problems are what you are selling, and how much you are asking. For example, the mini roulette wheel can be purchased new (open box) for almost half of what you’re asking. The same Buffalo Nickel set you have listed for $33 total is listed at $14 total by another seller. This, coupled with the lack of high demand for what you are selling is the problem. You need to go through all of your listings, searching both active and sold like listings to figure out where you should be priced. The two negatives with relatively few sales aren’t helping.

Need more than one photo to show what you are selling.
Shipping seems a little high on some items.
Maybe raise the price of the item with cheaper shipping.
Your charge to eBay for selling an item is: item price + shipping....not just item price.

It's not what you are doing right or wrong.
I agree with @mpssupershop
It's what you are selling at the price you are selling it for.
Example:
If you were selling brand new Playstation5's for $100, your sales would be through the roof.
The more desirable your items (item and price) the more you will sell.
I hope things pick up for you.

Its more than one thing. A large portion of items are not critical need items. Many sellers have this so its not unique to you. Second a lot of what you have fall into more competitive categories. Clothing. DVDs, etc. So pricing will be more important. Third, people have cut back buying nonessentials, so this affects you, but many other sellers.

You say you tried everything just to be sure...do you send newsletters to your past buyers when you run a sale? I see you have no sale right now. Why? With your items, as someone noted, non-essentials, you need to run them constantly. If you get an inquiry, send them a coupon. You can also send coupons to your past buyers.
You don't accept returns. I understand the reason but this is a big turn -off. I buy a lot on ebay (different ID) but an itemswould have to be extremely desirable and rare for me to consider buying it from a non-return seller. Moreover, if the buyer would claim that the item was not as described, which is easy if they want to cheat, your policy is null and void, you will have to refund. There are cheaters but most people are honest. I would change that to accept returns, at lest on some of the items, if not all. You also need to check the prices of similar items to make your compatible.
You say you used promoted listings. WHat was the percentage you picked? ebay's recommended? Try higher to see what happens.
To determine at white prices your items might sell, run a sale at 50% and send past buyers a newsletter, see what happens. If nothing, your prices are too high.

I couldn't help but notice that you use a number of special characters in your titles such as (+);:%" etc. That will definitely cause invisibility. Update your titles and you should see more traffic and hopefully sales. 😉

Not only check other sellers to see if you prices are comparable but also check and see if other sellers are actually selling at any given price. It is easy to check prices for sale on eBay and see numerous of the same item up for sale. It is also common to see that absolutely no one is selling any at a given price.
In fact I love how when you are pricing an item EBay suggests a price that has no relation whatsoever to reality. I go in to lower a price for something that isn’t selling and eBay is suggesting I triple the price. Go figure

This is a big one. Sure, it looks great when you go to look something up and you see there are 55 listed for sale! ... only not so great when it turns out that not a single one has sold in the past three months.

I think Ebay would tell you "It's not you, it's us".

Aha, so not even a , should be used in the headline, cause it affects how many sees your listing? And not just 1.5% less viewers but maybe 10-20-30% less viewers?
Thanks for an aha moment. (Im a newbie...:-)).

So I tried a lot of these methods, giving a lot of items free shipping, lowering prices on items I could get away with doing that on, etc, and so far... it's only resulted in one sale this week.
Still better than nothing, but nonetheless frustrating that I'm putting all this time and effort into making my items as appealing to buy as I can and most of them are still just sitting up on my page unsold.

I doubt if you are doing anything wrong, although there is probably room for improvement in your listings and images.
Like many of us, you are listing items no one needs but some people want.
Lowering your price does not help make the sale when all of the potential buyers have spent their surplus funds earlier in the month, it just makes it harder to make a future sale at a higher price.
Your number of listings is not huge. Many are similar. And many have sales peaks and valleys at the same time of the year.
I wish I could point to a single economic indicator which would tell me when things will get better.
It is likely that your market is the problem, not you and not Ebay. And in the fullness of time it might improve, but there are many items which have been good selling on Ebay which no longer sell. Everyone who wants them already has them or can't afford them. And your competition may be lowering their prices because they cannot afford to store them.

A lot of times, it isn't want the sellers are doing wrong. It's what eBay or the buyers are doing wrong! lol I have a new listing with 3 views & 3 watchers. It is so interesting to each person that viewed the item that they added it to their watch list but not interested to offer or buy? Only other 1 available is posted at 1.5x my price. As far as completed sales go, I do not trust sold prices. Someone can sell their item for $25 & you see the one below went for $14 & another for $7.99. There is no rhyme nor reason for pricing. Most of the time, we have to take our chances. I'm in the same boat as you - need the cash flow quickly!

Hi @jimmynor12 and welcome!
Punctuation in one’s titles are unnecessary and can skew a listings placement in Search results. Not just on eBay, but outside Search engines as well. eBay states the following:
“Write the title correctly — avoid writing entire words in capital letters or with asterisks and other markers between words. These practices can lower your listing ranking in search results.”

@mpssupershop Have you optimized your listings for Search engine inclusion (SEO)? This can have a powerful effect on one’s organic traffic, Search placement, and improve one’s chances of being picked up by Google, Bing, Yahoo, and dozens of other search engines. The above article from eBay gives some good tips and how-to’s in building better listings.
(eBay Export is primarily for overseas sellers listing on eBay.com, but has well-written, informative reports that can sometimes apply to domestic sellers as well.)
In addition, there is more elaboration on how best to use SEO on eBay in the following link.
