eBay Invents Algorithms To Automate Money and Make Commercials on TV about Their New Automotive Endeavor That Their Parts Fit Or THE SELLERS MONEY Will Be Refunded because the Algorithm Said It Would! 

 The Seller Says It Won't Fit but Inserted in the headline via eBay says it Will! It Will Not but they Guarantee the Seller Picks up the Expenses and That Is eBay Automotive! 

 The Commercials Of Tiny Windshield Wipers because You didn't buy your wipers on eBay is because people on eBay don't change windshield wipers but have a working algorithm that says they fit and I'm Some Do? 

Measure before you buy and when it will not fit be sure to see what the seller said before leaving bad feedback to the seller! 

 This is eBay (FEEDBACK) Just Because a vehicle and Model number seems to match Up We Only Find Out after spending all day to see it WONT and then after the (FITS) insertion and It Won't! Back up Your Claims that it will! Or The Sellers Money Back? (Guarantee) No You Pay Us Back Because You Really Don't Do Anything but training people to understand that answer the phones all Day should someone call and then WORK IT OUT WITH THE SELLER in 9 days or Your parents will Step In! Did We Answer Your Question?

 Amazon Doesn't Claim they Own Automotive and When It Won't Fit no 9 days For Parents to Step In!

So what you are saying is that sellers shouldn't sell wiper blades on eBay............ Actually, I can't believe anyone would buy wiper blades here as you can drive up to any Autozone, etc., and have them installed free. I do that also with any light bulb changes and batteries.

To See an eBay Truck Delivering Something they Sell, List, Package DO anything? the Sellers need to be on the Payroll of eBay With Heath Insurance! Who Makes The money? Cars? Did You Charge 1,000 to Ship Your Car? We Have A fee in our Booklet! Their it is Your Shipping Expense Taxable and we add fees on shipping as well, as we do with Visibility!  Get a Job and Work for a Living!

This new 'thing' is NO different than it's always been, except business is picking up because of the push.

If a customer has an even 'slightly' modified vehicle, or the seller fails to input the correct fitment, then a return is in your future. 

So again, NOTHING is new here.

I can't really read that wall of text with the weird capitalization.  Proper capitalization, punctuation, and paragraphs are your friend.  

But I gather you are upset about auto part fitment guarantees and want health insurance from eBay.  I don't know about the auto part thing, but the insurance is a pipe dream.  You are not directly employed by eBay.  You can rant about that and believe that all you want, but you are not directly employed by them in reality.

eBay is attempting to guarantee that a buyer enters the correct vehicle in their "garage". 
AND
That a seller enters the correct interchange for their part in the listing "compatibility".

I talk to customers EVERY DAY and have done so for 30 YEARS.  Very few actually know what they drive. (but they'll swear they do. And actually argue with you about it....when it's sitting in the parking lot out front and I can see it!).   Getting that information is usually harder than pulling nails.

I've ordered Many Thousands of parts over this 30 years from automotive businesses that specialize in knowing interchange (what fits what).  It's their job!   Yet, had to stop doing that due to error/mistakes on the sellers end.  They are supposed to know, yet 30% of the time, they were wrong.

The odds of somebody walking in the front door, telling me what they need (and that be correct).
Telling me what they need it for (and that info being correct).
And me ordering that part from somebody else (and receiving the correct part).
      Odds of all that happening, POOR.

I may be wrong, but didn't eBay (in the past) try to guarantee shipment time?  Try to guarantee USPS, UPS, FedEx delivery times?    And that didn't last long.
