I get the Facebook login page, with a note I need to login to continue. Same on the other links upthread, and the link to the link from the Community Team.
Can't they post it on Youtube or something? You know, something that works, and doesn't require a login? Gotta say, I'm sorta disappointed eBay can't actually host a video on their own site, and have it work...

Well... I'm sitting here at home on an old machine running Chrome v49.0.2623.112 (!) on Windows XP (!!), and that video is playing just fine for me in its original location here in the discussion groups. Perhaps you've got a security setting (such as in an antivirus package, maybe) that doesn't like a link to a streaming-download video? I would just try another machine whenever convenient and see if you have better luck there.

Enjoyed Bob and Audry's video. Bob was very transparent about glitches on Ebay and how they are always working on these dilegently. Bob clarified the importance of ended listing not showing up on Google search pages that have ended directing buyers to a sold item that they cannot purchase. That's a really good thing. Totally useless and frustuating for a buyer to go to buy something and it is NOT THERE TO BE BOUGHT. Bob addressed the faulty return issues with the 50 percent back , they are aware that buyers do send things back not in the same condition and are willing to work on resolving these issues with sellers as best they can. You must remember that buyers are protected heavily by consumer protection laws and extending this help to sellers is one way to handle these instead of the re stocking fee. I appreciate that they are willing to help in this way. It's a tough issue, especially selling sight unseen basically online. I appreciate that a top executive cares enough to put himself in front of everyone to try to encourage and support people. Long live Ebay.

Click "not now" to bypass that popup - it will shrink down to the bottom of the page.
