I'd like to try it now but whenever I click 'Try it Now' in the pop up box nothing happens. Anyone else have the same problem?

It's always a good idea to give it at least 6 months before even trying anything new that's just been updated and says, "try it now."

I also see the message on my web view of the messaging interface and it doesn't do anything for me, either. I am really hoping that the threaded view comes to the web interface soon...it's SO much easier to follow a conversation about an item in the chat-like interface on the mobile app.

The only thing missing on mobile is a way to copy all communications to email for archival. If they added that it would be perfect.

Alas, it's eBay, so they are likely to leave it broken like this for eons with that taunting message just sitting there doing nothing.

Can you still attach a photo?  I wasn’t able to do that.  Buyer said they didn’t receive item but had already requested a return because they shoes don’t fit,  I wanted to send a pic of her return request
