I think eBay should allow us buyers to make a list in alphabetical order of the bad customers out there. We should be able to add it to the forum because they aren't protecting us any other way and we have a right to be protected. I've tried every way and every suggestion and I'm losing faith in selling and eBay with how many scams are happening. eBay doesn't offer any protection and made it easy for people to get free product and money. The LEAST they can do is allow sellers that much: to make a list to help other sellers avoid fraudsters. So far I've yet to get protected and only got some help after fighting for days and it's wrong because I'm honest, fair and provide free goodies with each order. There's no reason for them to allow fraud to take place every month. No way is it acceptable. I'm actually looking into talking to other outside channels because eBay seems not to take it seriously but fraud is serious and I think I owe my eBay partner who I help that much to try to fight for the protections he and all sellers on here deserve. We are not protected and the system is incredibly flawed and it's also not fair to spend years building your eBay store only to be forced to leave because eBay allows fraud. It's total disrespect and wrong. It's injustice that's making me become determined to get sellers proper protections. What is going on is abuse of sellers and it's unacceptable. I don't care what the price is, if a seller mails the item listed eBay shouldn't be accepting false claims. End of discussion. And when they do, they commit fraud with the customer. It's accepting fraud and that's unacceptable. eBay needs to wake up and realize that before they lose more billions and more great sellers.

It always ends well when people are encouraged to "name names."

Absolutely. There are so many rotten, scamming, no-good sellers on eBay that you buyers should be able to name 'em and shame 'em!
Oh, wait... Hold on...

Paragraphs can be your friend.
I know you have sincere and strong opinions about this subject.
They're just hard to find through a wall of text.
I had one buyer I would love to warn others about. He's the one guy who ever gave me a neutral. He's on my BBL now.
But I think he just wanted to be a jerk about the item or about me or possibly could have been acquainted with a previous owner of the item.
But if he bought from you, he might be a perfect gentleman.
There are just too many variables.

What happened? Some people wanted to return things and you don't want to accept returns?

How many billions had you heard that eBay has lost so far? I hadn’t seen any news articles about this.

Go ahead and make the list for YOURSELF.
Don't worry about the rest of us.
We'll be ok without it.

And wouldnt that list be great for sellers to ruin and get rid of the competition here? Buyers can be sellers too.

There are better ways to solve this........
First off ebay has the blocked buyers databased as well as scam buyers, and high crime ship to areas.
So to me the solution is simple:
1. Block zipcodes you do not want to ship to.....let that be seller selected
2. Once a buyer has received XX amount of blocks he receives a conduct warning then a suspension
3. Cancel the accounts of , and block the IP address' of know bid retractors, non-paying, credit card scammers.
This would clean up the sight in a big way.

There are plenty of bad buyers list out there, just do a search.
How long do you think scammers use the same ID.
Most pull a few scams, then get new accounts, so exactly what good would a list do?

Nothing> no need for proof or anything.
Ah the good old days when one could leave feedback for any one for any reason or none at all.......
