Watching the definition of a firearm being auctioned

So, I'm watching as stated above and reported it twice thru email because the "report" option fails only to see it progressing to the end.   Why, even tho I've explained my report, is nothing getting done about it?

If the item was a hidden sale, that you could see and some one unknowing could not eBay will do nothing about it.

They are the unknowing type..

All you can do is report it and if eBay does nothing move on.

Might consider filing a report, including a screen capture. with ATF.

Not saying 'NO' doesn't mean 'YES'.

The foolishness of one's actions or words is determined by the number of witnesses.

Perhaps if Brains were described as an APP, many people would use them more often.

it might be a "ghost gun"--which is not illegal from an ATF perspective.  OP, is it a kit that needs assembled? there's been a big increase in this type of gun (I've seen kits on eBay before). I don't know all the specifics of them, but here's an article that does a good job explaining them (and the law around them) in pretty readable style. they are causing law enforcement severe headaches in some areas.
