The last two days all 70 items I'm selling have all reset to ZERO on all of my views and watches. What happened ?

Some info about recent changes to the way views are displayed can be found here:

Ebay now sets views and watchers every 30 days. However, if you click on views (if you're on your laptop or PC) you can set your views from 30 days up to 2 years. It's the same on your phone. So you set the time length that works for your shop. I have mine set on 90 days. Try and see if that works for you.

Thank you so much! I haven't sold anything in a while. This is helpful info.

I will look and see if I have that option. I'm using android ebay app.

It is showing zero against all items on Active page, but when I open an individual item it shows the correct total. Clicking on Views only offers me 7 days or 30 days. All other options are greyed out.

If this is still happening, make sure to note on whether or not it’s highlighted in blue like a link. If everything is white and is at 0, it’s a loading glitch. If you keep refreshing, it should go back to normal. Otherwise, I believe eBay has started to reset peoples listings to get rid of bots/suspicious accounts.

It is available but it still doesn't show our viewers if we had great numbers of people viewing our listing, which is very valuable to us on multi item listings. More people will buy, and much more often, when they see a lot of traffic on our listings.
i don't think this reset is fair on eBay's part on multi item listings.
so, just so you know, it's only increasing the views for us, and not the buyers 😕

This is nice to know for our own evaluating of our listings, but I find it very harmful in multi-item listings because buyers are much quicker to buy items that they see others looking at too. Especially on big numbers, such as I had on a few listings. They know there is a set amount of items, so they tend to snatch them up while they can.
Thank you for letting us know about the ability to at least see traffic for ourselves. I just hope eBay will change this back to not resetting our views. Esp on multi item listings.

Buyers do not see any view numbers for your listings. Only the seller can see those. So the way view numbers are calculated or displayed has absolutely no effect on sales.

Unfortunately I find this a very harmful reset, esp on multi item listings. People tend to buy multi item listings when they see lots of others looking at it too. It's just common sense.
i sure hope eBay changes the settings back, esp on multi item listings.

How do you set views to 90 days or 2 years exactly? I can’t find that setting
