Unfortunately, I can't delete my original question regarding "watchers" - it was my first, and is my last.
Obviously, other Sellers don't have any info, either. Thanks for sharing your wisdom and kindness, folks.

Some of them might be your competitors - so what.
Some of them have the item and want to know what it actually sells for and how long it will take.
Some are potential buyers. Some of them might buy if they have money left in their pocket and there is nothing else they want more.

The pro is that they represent users are are interested and MIGHT buy your item one day.
The con is that you might spend too much time wondering about watchers and maybe blaming them for something.

Lol! Wouldn't be wondering so much if the info was easily attainable. Thought Id ask the experts.
Thanks for your professional, kind, and worldly insight.

I have searched the Selling site, high and low, and even tried their AI (lame) for any information as to who the "watchers" are on my store items
You are not allowed to see who they are.
I feel like I'm being stalked by other Sellers? I don't understand.
What does it matter?
And, if Im not being stalked, what are the pros and cons of having "watchers" on my store items?
One pro is that people have found your item. Another is that in some circumstances you can send them an offer is you choose to. One con is that they did not buy. Other than that, what does it really matter?
Would someone please illuminate me?
People you cannot see can watch your item for whatever reason they choose. There is not much else to say about it.

Thank you for the clarification. I'm not so concerned about competition, but I am concerned with having inventory sitting with long listing dates and with watchers attached. I'm considering re-listing those items anew. I recall being able to see who they were back in 1998; obviously, not now. Thanks for your help - I appreciate you! 🙂
