Watchers / Total Sold doesn't show up

I wanted to see how our listings are showing. So I went to eBay in a different browser that I am not signed in on. My listings come up fine. But I'm noticing we aren't showing in red how many watchers or how many sold on the search results page. When I click on the listing, it DOES say how many sold in red. But doesn't show how many watchers. We do subscribe for a Basic Store if that makes any difference? Is there any way to make it so that shows on the main search page?

The number of watchers seems to come and go......sometimes you see it, sometimes not.......  no way to ensure it's there all the time that I know of.

Is there a promotional option/advertising that triggers it?
