I'd like to sell my vape. I read the guidelines from Ebay to make sure I followed them but I cant figure out how to list it. Says only certain users can sell them does that mean I cant?

Yes it means you can't list them.

Technically, under ebay's Drug paraphernalia rules, you cannot sell "Vaporizers intended to be used with alcohol, marijuana or illegal substances"

The other uses for vapes is nicotine and you have to be pre-approved to sell e-cigarettes, and and e-liquids that are vaped.

Of course, there is a thriving vape business on ebay ( "100,644 results" when I searched vaporizers on ebay today), I guess when someone reports a listing it can be removed, otherwise why so many? The vast majority of the marijuana oils or leaf type vaporizors are sellers from China.
