Thanks for the heads up. Yes, eBay IT staff make changes that affect other areas and do not care. It's all on purpose to keep everyone off their footing, just like the media and gov't.

I'm not going to opt out of the safest customers on the eBay platform.
Ebay is literally the customer and they pay you as long as they accept it.
No returns, I feel I'd be insane to turn it off.

What's the concern with the program? You only have to ship it to the US service center and then your obligations are done from what I've seen. There aren't any customs forms or anything to fill out. What am I missing?

At no point does eBay have your back !!!!! why open the door to abuse of international sales ???

@whiteyswrecking Have you read the terms & conditions of the latest international shipping? Based on your comments, you may not have.

Not sure if the OP ships International on their own.
eIS is very restrictive of some items.
I suspect the OP falls into that restricted area causing a loss of sales.
If they do not ship internationally directly, then I don't understand the angst with eIS.

You are opted in, but you can choose not to use it by only shipping to United States.
Paying for a subtitle with unenforceable terms, seems a waste of money. Probably a good idea to remove this verbiage from your listings, "International orders are shipped via eBay’s Global Shipping Program."
Adding a second category seems like a waste of money.
Using the same photos for multiple listings, none of which show the actual item being purchased, seems risky.

Simplest thing for the OP to do would be to exclude all countries that they do not wish to ship to.
Even if AGAIN opted into eIS eBay will honor the exclusions.
Saves listing money on that second line in BOLD
I was opted in but had all other than USA excluded. I was covered from worrying about "international" shipping. (other than FF) (I now ship eIS)

From looking at a couple of the OP's listings they do not ship internationally on their own. Even if they wanted to utilize EIS a lot of the OP's listings are used auto parts which EIS, based on some other postings on this forum, is pretty restrictive on.

yup, after I posted I wandered over to the OP's listings 😂
Seems eIS would be just the thing for them, but to each their own.
As we know, eIS should not create any issues for a seller that does not ship international directly.

If you have that subtitle on every listing that's gonna be expensive.
They charge every month for that too.
Last time I used subtitle it was $1 per month on each listing. It may be different price depending on category though.
