Store looks fine.  Not sure about the buyer who left the negative as one always should remove the record from the LP cover, but not from the sleeve.  I always ship LPs in a cardboard LP mailer and use a sheet of bubble wrap between everything, so three sheets in total.  Best not to respond to negs and just move on.

The buyer was all wrong and probably had a bad day and took it out of our store. I sent pictures of the records i sent pictures of the records wrapped up multiple times in bubble wrap and took picture of the box including tracking. I dont know how to get rid of that negative comment.

@books-more

Your pictures are clear and focused well. You should lose the caps when typing, hurts the eyes. I do like the fact that you showed a good picture of the book binding boo-boo, nice job and best to you.

My suggestion is to use a white background, maybe white tablecloth?  the patterned backgrounds are distracting from the item. Otherwise you're good!

Some grammar errors on your "about me" page.

Other than that looks nice.  😃

Get a white sheet or white poster board from the dollar store to use as a photo backdrop. Many of your items are not easily distinguished from the busy background (see: Rocky DVD Box Set, am/fm radio, etc). Crop your photos to squares instead of rectangles because they'll display much better on mobile.

Walk without rhythm, it won't attract the worm.

Re: Want to know feedback on my Seller Account! & How my stores looks to you!

Hi, love your positive attitude!

Took a look at your listings, and below are my thoughts. You have put in a good deal of effort, and you should be good to go with a bit of tweaking here and there.

I see you are using the eBay catalog info in your listings. Just want to caution you to look at that info with a critical eye because not everything in it is as good as it can be.

Take for instance, your Shakespeare in Love DVD. The title reads "Shakespeare in Love [Blu-ray] DVD, Simon Callow, Martin Clunes, Antony Sher, Tom". My very first reaction was "Tom who?" My second reaction was "Who are all those people?" I did not recognize a single actor's name. They are in it, I discovered, but are supporting characters. The stars of the movie are not mentioned and perhaps they should be, if that is what you feel is important. (The main actors are on the front of the DVD case.) I think if i were going to list this movie, I would rewrite the title to something more familiar and descriptive, using more selective keywords. I'd suggest something along the lines of "Shakespeare In Love Blu-Ray DVD Gwyneth Paltrow Joseph Fiennes Romantic Period Comedy 1998". By the way, the second photograph shows an intact seal, but the condition is described as "like new". So is it sealed? If it is, then it is new, not like new. I would include "sealed" as a keyword in the title, and definitely mention it in the description, if that is the case.

Another title that struck me was "Knee Deep In The Hoopla Starship TESTED WORKS!!". I did not know what this was but assumed it was some kind of video game that needed to be tested to prove it works. I see how wrong that impression was given that this is a vintage CD from 1986. So although someone looking for this album would know what Knee Deep in the Hoopla meant, it never hurts to describe what something is exactly. Someone looking for the album's vinyl LP from '85 doesn't want the CD, and vice versa. I would consider changing the title to something like "Starship CD Album Knee Deep In The Hoopla Grunt Records Japan 1986"

So my point is that if you are going to use the catalog, just make sure the titles make sense to you, and include all important keywords. While on the subject of titles, omit punctuation from them whenever possible. It can hinder search engine optimization, which is necessary for good placement of your listings in Search results, for not only eBay, but for Google, Bing, and the other outside Search engines. Below is a link to more info on SEO and how it can boost your traffic.

Your Hard Cover Boxed Set of Harry Potter Books 1-5 is in the wrong category. It currently is under Audiobooks which doesn't seem to be what those are. I do see a HP boxed set you are offering that are the audio-books, but these seem to be regular books. It is critical to get items in the right category so that the Item Specifics will be correct. Item Specifics are important in that the eBay and other Search engines use them to rank where the listing ends up in Search results. (See Item Specifics in the Help Pages for more info. Link included below.) They directly impact your listings' visibility.

Use white or non-busy light backgrounds for your item photographs. You are allowed up to 12 pictures so be sure to include all sides and all views of what you are selling. Some of the shots looked a bit dark, which can be adjusted using the edit features in the listing form, if needed.

A word about descriptions. While the eBay catalog fills in much of the detail, don't neglect to repeat the important keywords in your own description field. It may seem redundant to repeat keywords in the title, the Item Specifics and again in the description, but they each play a role in how a listing is viewed by the Search engines. And the catalog cannot take the place of describing any flaws or special characteristics of your items.

These are the things that jumped out at me while looking at your eBay listings. You have made a really good effort here, and wish you much continued success!
