I have several similar items listed for which I offered volume pricing for multiple purchases. A buyer just purchased two of them, and it doesn't look like they were given the discount. They haven't said anything, but I would like to know what happened. Is it something they have to do differently at check out? The notification on both sales came to me simultaneously, so the items were either put in their cart with just one "check out", or they did a "buy it now" for each, it was done very quickly. So I'm wondering how this works or how it should work. Thanks!
