Hello eBay family, how are you today?
I FINALLY made my first variation listing, yay!
I was so intimidated that I let it lag for too long.
Now, I want to go back and revise other listings.
Anyway, I'm selling N64 cartridges (https://www.ebay.com/itm/154452445550)
and have applied tiered volume pricing. A buyer purchased three
cartridges and so should have received a 20% discount.
eBay picked these up as separate orders and charged
the buyer full price. I'm looking for direction here. Is there
something I'm missing before I refund the buyer his discount?
