I’m sure this has been asked many times and many different ways but my visitors have suddenly vanished. It’s like I don’t exist anymore.
If I do a search for my listings they don’t even show up and they are promoted. I am on vacation and I did set that up on eBay but eBay says that should not be an issue.
Any help would be so appreciated.
Here’s a sample link if that helps:

I don't see any active items. Did you set your vacation up so that no one would be able to purchase b/c you couldn't ship within your handling time?
Ps I don't take too much stock with eBay customer service.
If you have no active items your views would go to zero.

You need to read what Time a Away does.
It does block your listings if you set it up that way.

When you set up your Time Away, what duration did you set? Did you set it for pause item sales?
"
When you pause item sales, remember the following:
- Fixed price listings will be hidden from search results and buyers won't be able to purchase your items
- If a buyer previously added one of your items to their Watchlist or cart and tries to buy it while you're away, they won't be able to complete the purchase. They'll see a note stating that you're not processing orders until the time away end date
- It can take a few hours for your fixed price listings to become hidden, so we recommend setting your time away in advance whenever possible
- After time away ends it can take a couple of hours for your listings to re-appear in search results. Listings will re-appear automatically, you do not need to edit your listings

Thanks for the replies I had it setup that I was away for 4 weeks. I just changed that so hopefully my listings will be active soon.
I didn’t really know how to set it up since I was away for so long. I guess I’ll just do the 15 days and gave someone help send out any orders I get. Thanks for your help.

Just as I thought.
I am able to search for your Tom Swift book just fine.
The reason you are not getting views is the same as if you owned a store and there were no customers - nobody is interested in what you are selling.

If you go into his store (well earlier today) Tom Swift book cannot be seen because the store contents are hidden/empty and on vacation. (If you go through the blue door or go to the store from his id).
Searching for a specific would probably show the listing as he showed a direct link.
At least that is what I saw so if anyone was actually going into his store they would not be able to shop.

The only way to respond to you would seemingly be to be rude and obnoxious. But there is too much of that in the world atm so I hope you have a nice day.
PS I am retired and doing this as a hobby - I don’t need to sell anything.

Sorry, I didn't mean to come across rude.
Just telling it like it is.
So many sellers come here claiming their item is not searchable, when in fact it is.
So many sellers come here complaining about low views/sales.
Nothing personal. Just calling it as I see it.
I hope things pick up.
Have a great weekend.

If your forum ID is tied to your ebay store or listings, then I don't see any of your listings. It's possible you set the vacation mode to hide your listings from all views.....however, keep the listings hidden in the background.

@crbon97 The first time I had my listings set to invisible on what used to be called 'vacation hold' or something, I was discomfitted by not being able to find them at all! It was because of the 'invisible' setting. So don't worry. You can flip your time away on and off to double check, but it takes a little while to populate your listings again so you might want to just hold off until you're back from holiday.

I'm late to this party, but I just ticked on 'View Listings' and I see 247 Live. I do see on the page (when I open a listing) that you're Away until April 02. All is well. Good luck to you.
