Is there a way to see if the items you have for sale are being looked  at - ie: # of times viewed?

Views (30 Days) column.   It is a rolling count, showing *just* the last 30 days.

Go into your seller hub and then hover the mouse on performance and you'll see the traffic tab.

If you want info for a specific listing simply go to the Seller Hub -> Active Listings, there is a column for Views, the default is the past 30 days but if you click the number showing you can more historical data.

You can also go to the Seller Hub - Performance tab and run a traffic report for a specific period of time, the upper part of the page gives you reports on totals, scroll down and you can find the details for specific listings. This option will give more detailed information.
