Know what you mean but welcome to 2024 seems to be the way of marketing - get real PO'd at those folks that keep calling and want to buy my house - do teach 'em some strong back alley, truck driver and/or GI language that I have picked up along the way. Even picked up some choice language in the break room of my wife's salon in Central Texas - made me blush at times. She was a top shelf hairdresser, finger nail doer with occasional bikini wax jobs in the summer time.
