i need little help. Yesterday i create first time my e bay account and now i want to listed item for selling. I already did eyereting required but i do not know why i cannot list item for selling.

i got message that i am not verified seller.

Your message is correct.  You are not a verified seller as of yet. Did you set up your payment account with Payoneer? You just can't created an account and start selling.  There are requirements & protocols of all would be new sellers.  Most likely you will have listing and $ limits & your funds can be held up to 30 days to back the money back guarantee.  Make sure all the info on your account matches exactly.  Same address, ID, account number, name, etc.  Here's a link to get you started:
