Hello,
I have multiple listings on eBay that all of a sudden are showing that they are out of stock on the front end where customers can see and purchase my listings. However, in the backend, there is the proper stock and they are all filled up with inventory.
I have opened cases, called eBay a bunch of times but nobody seems to be able to help at all. One rep even suggested to close my listing and start a new one, but that is just the worst idea. I don't want to lose my sales history, views, watchers for these listings. This is a HUGE technical issue and it is affecting my business tremendously.
Has anyone else ever gone through this problem? If you have do you know what can be done to fix it? Has someone on eBay been able to resolve this? I would really appreciate some help and knowledge on this MAJOR problem I am currently dealing with!
