Variation Listings for Sports Cards

Hello, any help would be appreciate or insight on listing variations for sports cards after this new update.  Keep getting errors.

Thanks again very much.  The error messages and failures must have been an intermittent glitch inside ebay is all I can figure, took a break and came back to it and worked as previous.  I only have 1 very small listing that seems to be choking, and while I'm interested in figuring out why, it will go to the back burner and frankly probably faster to just do a new listing for the 5 items within the 1954 Bowman listing.  Not sure what technology, etc. was used to develop the tool, but appreciate the efforts and for doing it for all of us less fortunate technology challenged folks out here.

If the upload of that last listing doesn't fail catastrophically (which it won't), then eBay will tell you the problem. It might be a return policy or shipping policy, or something totally unrelated to variations. Or it might be a recent sale or open offer. Be sure to download the response report on the upload history page (to the far right end of your recent upload), to let us know if there are more hidden gotchas out there.

Happy to help. It's the simple technology of good ole American ingenuity and perseverence, along with access to eBay's more complex public databases and the ability to glean hints from users like yourself who report results and landmines along the way. Thanks for reporting.

We should not be spending more hours fixing our listings as a result of ebay breaking them. Everyone should be contacting customer support and demanding they fix this immediately on their end. If Ebay doesn't fix this I'm permanently moving all of my listings to Amazon and I will never use Ebay again. I've been selling on ebay for over 20 years and they treat me like this? UNACCEPTABLE!

None of us deserve this treatment and ebay needs to do something about this. I put in HUNDREDS of hours of labor to create these listings and ebay wants me to do it all over again?. F THAT. Let your voice be heard!

Contact customer service, and when they send you that "how did we do?" email, give them one star and make it abundantly clear that THOUSANDS OF US ARE GETTING SCREWED BY EBAY.

Almost two years later and the same thing has just happened to me.

I used the "Parallel/Variety" attribute that was a suggested option from eBay for numerous listings and it seems that over night the "Parallel/Variety" option has been banned as a title for Attributes. Now, I must either spend countless hours updating each listing or, do nothing and be unable to edit the listings ever again despite having new inventory each week.

I'm very sad to see an issue so large as this go unaddressed for years. I understand now so why sellers in the categories I use leave eBay so often.
