Variation Didn't Appear on Selling Thread

Hello,

This is my first time listing the products here and the variation didn't appear. Can anyone please help me? I wanna make a change like how much buyer could buy, the size, color, etc.
I did a little bit research that I should change from auction price to Buy it now price (which I did). And the category I sell is available to change the variant. 

Any advice would be helpful. Thank you

You should start with a new blank listing page, not sell similar or relisting from an auction format.  Start a fresh fixed price listing.  

If you don't see the "Variations" section just below the Item Specifics section, then either (1) you're in a category where the variations format isn't available or (2) you need to adjust your settings so this format shows up as an option on your listing form.  Look in the upper-right corner of the listing form, for three dots to click on so you can go to your Settings options.
