Listing error

I am getting this error again and again while listing. Does anyone have a solution or a contact who can solve this?

The error is this
''It appears that you haven’t provided the required information to confirm your identity or financial data. Until we receive that information, your listing and communication activity have been restricted to ensure a safe trading environment for you and the eBay community.''

Are you signed up with Payoneer and have it linked to your eBay account?

You are located in India.  You need to sign on to Payoneer to be paid for your sales. Most likely you will need a business license and register your account as so.  You also have to have valid current ID and all info that is needed for those requirements must match exactly.  Here's a link to get you started:
