If it is you need to end your listings. Who told you that it is prohibited?

I'm not sure that it is prohibited from sale, but if it is could it be because of the addition of something to aid in weight loss?

vero?

Are you a legit distributor for them or an individual reselling?

problems with their lawsuit?

Pyramid scheme they are involved in?

we need more info from you , what you received that you cannot sell it, from who and the exact wording in order to come up with a more correct definite answer. Otherwise we can only guess seeing that company is under a few reviews themselves that might shut them down eventually if not resolved correctly.

Never heard of them, so I looked them up. It's one of those pyramid scheme commission type things where you have to be an authorized rep to sell them. The product is also illegal to sell in the UK and possibly other countries because it contains amphetamines.

17 pages of policies and procedures lol  Sounds like a dangerous product sold in a ripoff manner, a sucker's dream.

It's probably illegal in the US too

Amazon has a bunch of it for sale - actually sounds kind of awful.

Hmmmm, last I heard, selling amphetamines in the U.S. was very frowned upon, and without a prescription, very highly frowned upon.

It has polynicotinate (chromium which is an essential trace element + nicotinate, a type of B-complex niacin), ginseng and a bunch of green tea type extracts.  Nothing awful.  Polynicotinate is supposed to have mood-lifting effects on some people but it's just a compound vitamin.

Interesting.  It sounds like a lot of the 'energy shots' that come in the mini-bottles - B3, B6, B12 vitamins, caffeine, some 'flavoring(s)', plus 'their own special blend of vitamins'.

Personally, I'll stick with Kenya AA as my primary source of caffeine/stimulant.  Smiley LOL

There are no amphetamines in the formula, only caffeine, 2-Aminoisoheptane, and Phenylethylamine which are considered stimulants but not illegal.

Then there is alpha-glycerylposphoryl choline which is illegal in some European countries without a prescription, as it is used as a medicine for Alzheimer’s disease

Maybe that's why it's "prohibited" on ebay, if it is.

Having said that, I wouldn't drink this as it would probably give me a headache because of the sugar alcohol sweetener Erythiritol, and also because I love coffee beans freshly ground without additives.

I'm such a coffee hound and I also like the pure right true thing, preferably espresso, but all things coffee.  Now this particular item just reminds me of a coffee version of the energy drinks.  I'm in endurance sports and the energy drinks are popular due to the long hours involved in the event, so I can see this being a preferred alternative (hot in a thermos) for those cold, rainy, windy days when we're all out there. But I've had some really weird reactions to stuff like Red Bull, for instance. Once I was halfway through a endurance cycling event and knocked back a can of that stuff and about 10 minutes later almost rode off the road - then had to sit down - it had the opposite effect on me!  A friend of mine got me to eat a bagel, then I got back on my bike and took off like a rocket. It was kind of shocking, though, and gave me hella heartburn. Horrible.

This coffee HAS to be better than that lol.
