I've just signed a contract with a supplier of toys which include a number of VERO items like Disney, Hasbro and Funko Pop. They are an authorized wholesale dealer for these items and have legal rights to the images and verbiage.
From a VERO perspective, what will happen if I try to sell these items on eBay? Is there anything that I can put into my listings to thwart rights owners from filing a VERO complaint?

YOU need to have a license from those owners to 'sell' those things. Your wholesaler having it means nothing.

Your wholesale dealer HAS THE RIGHTS to the photos and verbiage...you have none of those rights so you'll get hit with VERO take downs and probably banned from eBay permanently

I don't think those companies will bother you with VERO. Personally never had disney use VERO and never heard of them using it on Ebay or Hasbro for that matter. People sell Funko Pop all day here.

@axiombody @I have had Disney branded taken down and the item was a one off…

From my experience Vero is a total sham. Those companies could care less, it is 3rd party bots that file the Vero and get a couple bucks for every one, ebay does nothing about it.
I have sold thousands of genuine parts and once every 5 years I will get a Vero for parts that say and are OEM genuine parts. Now the stock images not so sure about. Maybe want to use your own pictures?
I am not sure what OP are talking about. If everyone needed a license to sell manufactured items on ebay the site would cease to exist.

You are probably fine. None of the companies you listed are on the VERO participant list unless I overlooked them.
