Using Search My Daughter Can not Find my Store or Listings!

I just talked to my daughter and both yesterday and today she tried to find my store using the name and then she tried key words for listings. First it said there was no shop, after putting spaces between the words in the name, it said I had no listings. I have over 500! 

I tried last night and today and I am getting the same thing. We live over twenty miles apart, different servers. 

*laughing with a snort* why am I paying for a store if it is A) hidden ; B) lost in eBay land ; C) burned down and no one called the eBay fire department. 

Is anyone facing this same issue? (PS My sales have dropped in the past two weeks)

It could have been how they were searching.  Since you weren't there, it is hard to say.  In the future, just give them a listing number of yours that is active.  From there they can click into all your other items or your store with ease.

She was in the advanced and typed in my store name. I also told her to try one of my listings with key words of rhinestone necklace and the color. She got absolutely nothing.

I know she uses an Apple product because she teaches preschool. I am not sure who her server is...

I was ill when eBay automatically switched everyone to international shipping. When I finally caught that, I fixed it immediately but I maybe I need to check again to see they didn't switch me back to international after sending me the box of free mailing supplies. Thanks

I finally did that so she could pass it on to her daughter.

It became an issue that my items weren't coming up at all. I did send a link to a necklace so they could view my store.
