This makes no sense. The guidelines from FDA just state that you can't have an applicator that touches the skin be resold & that makes sense (kind of gross too). But these are atomizer SPRAY'S. Also, the FDA states it just needs to be in it's in ORIGINAL container/bottle. There's nothing that states you cannot sell used cologne. EBay please FIX this!!
Also, be ware that if you're using the collectibles or vintage category I tried this last month & although it DOES work, the fee's were considerably more than normal. Not sure why?? I've never had a months fee's come to anything over $25 & the month I used the "Collectibles" category my fee's for selling 3 colognes were $95!!!!
