Dear eBay Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. We are writing to bring your attention to an ongoing issue with our eBay selling account, guruom_international, and our store, SPEXION.
We have been experiencing frequent and severe fluctuations in the visibility of our products within our store. Specifically, when we view our store, it often displays 0 products after a refresh. Upon refreshing again, it may show 88 products, but after further refreshes (3 to 4 times), it sometimes displays the correct count of 508 products. Unfortunately, the product count frequently reverts back to 0, even after multiple attempts.
Additionally, our products are inconsistently appearing in search results, where they show up and disappear erratically. This is severely impacting our ability to reach buyers and has caused a significant decline in sales, as potential customers are not able to consistently access or view our full range of products.
This issue is urgent and is negatively affecting our business operations. We kindly request that your team investigates and resolves this matter as soon as possible, ensuring stable and consistent visibility for our products.
Thank you for your immediate attention and assistance. We look forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution to this issue.
Best regards

You are not addressing the ebay support team. This is a community bulletin board made up of buyers and sellers like you.

No one from eBay or their support team reads these post. These are chat boards made up of other buyers and sellers. All anyone can do is offer suggestions not make any changes. Hopefully someone will have some suggestions that might help. I have seen post that talk about this same issue, no I can not help.
Only suggestion which might help but even if it does not, can't hurt either.
Try clearing your browsing history and cache.
While you may not be able to see your listings, I click on see listings and there are over 500 showing.

We are just sellers here.
I'm going to need to call Ebay though as well. I have 905 items listed and only 865 are listed in my store.

How reliable is your internet service in India?
You also have a lot of negative feedback... I would not be surprised if your listings were being suppressed.
(Bravo eBay!)

Part of the reason you don't see anything is you don't ship to your own country.

You are not addressing eBay here or their support team. They will not reply. You need to contact customer service at the top of your page where it reads "help & contact"
Note that a lot of your inventory you are selling may not be able to be exported to other countries. I would look into it, before eBay restricts your account. You have no proof that those supplements and creams are safe & even legal in other countries.

The sale of Non-FDA approved medicine in the USA is likely to encounter strong headwinds, to include warnings, restrictions, and even an account ban.
FDA = Food and Drug Administration
This government agency must approve any food or drug product sold in the USA, without their approval Ebay is not likely to allow their sale.
You should probably immediately research this issue as some of us believe your listings may be in violation.

I viewed your listings and it shows 504 items for sale. You show "worldwide shipping" your EXCLUSION LIST includes 100s of countries that you refuse to ship to (including India). That explains why your items do not appear when you do EBAY search for particular item.
You need to edit your listing and remove all "excluded countries". This should result in more sales and visibility.

Check their feedback...speaks for itself. 🤔

Part of it is a bunch of guys with a mad on because their manliness and gain products didn't work. 🙄
India probably has better internet and access than we do, but not selling to one's own country will definitely disappear one's products.
