Uptick in Sales Canceled for Security?

Have other sellers noticed a massive uptick in sales canceled by eBay due to buyer fraud concerns? We've been selling for years and have had maybe one or two in that time. However, in the last three weeks, eBay has canceled seven orders for buyer account concerns! It's never stuff waiting to be shipped either, it's orders that have shipped days earlier or even already delivered--up to two weeks ago. It's getting really frustrating!

I had one a while back. The buyer paid and I mailed it.  Payment cleared. Then four days later I get the message from Ebay not to send, because the buyer was no longer registered. If the buyer paid, the payment cleared, and the item was sent (which Ebay, even their automated system could've seen, because there was a tracking number showing it was on the way) I don't know what the purpose of the email telling me not to mail was. I even spoke to a rep, they told me not to worry about it. So, yeah. Frustrating.

If you received payment, shipped and the item was delivered, just ignore and delete the message. 
I haven’t had that happen to any of my sales in years.
