Updating my seller account

The credit card I used to pay my eBay fees is expiring this month. Do I have to add a new payment method with the same number, just a different year to my account? Because it doesn't look like there is an option for just changing the year. Or am I not seeing it?

Enter it as an entirely new card after removing the old one. You can't change the year on an existing payment method.
