First of all, I have sold a miner s9 to this guy in USA, perfect brand new still in the box straight from bitmain. He tried to sell for a guy from US for $6000 I sold him $3200. Now this is where thing got complicated. His customer cancel due to the bitmain come too slow, which is I was waiting on payment from him through to my account in paypal. Few days after he received the bitmain miner he raise a case on me stating that there is significant different in payout after he used it. And trying to get a return from me. Why he can? because I made a mistake stating that it is a 14TH/s miner instead of a 13.5TH/s in a message to him asking him to cancel the sale. He threaten me to sell to him. Naive I was, I sent.
After a few phone call to ebay, first time seller, I reliase that I still have to accept his return although I said there is no return. I sent the money to him for postage fee. Guess what happen? =======> he cancel the case in ebay and raise a case in paypal. This guy is trying to keep the bitmain and trying to get the money back from paypal at the same time that is what he does.
