How can I uncombine an order?

A customer has ordered 2 items but I am having them shipped from 2 different locations.  I want to un-combine the order into 2 separate orders to be processed individually.  Hao can I do that?

You can't if it was paid for in one transaction.

After your purchase a label for one, you will see an option to "print another label"  

I had to do it tonight.  The items couldn't be combined.

Only thing is that if they paid in one transaction, they only provided one mailing address in the transaction - which is where you'd have to ship both to win an INR.   On your second label, you'd have to go in and edit the ship to info.

The ship TO address is the same - it's the ship FROM address that's different.

I only ever ship from the one address so it's never been an issue. I'm guessing the OP will need to just do a label for one and then add the tracking from the other once it's been shipped from wherever.
