When I sing in it take me were Manage all Orders then I see in red You need to update your account details on file in order to avoid any issues with payouts in the future. I have update all information to eBay needed but I still get the message in red to update. If I have made a mistake please let me know so I will not get a notice in red to update.

I am facing the same problems , I have updated everything, I've got nothing left to update.  I've talked to a half dozen reps via online chat  or phone calls, problem isnt solved. 😥

nothing has changed. I still have the red banner on the top of my screen.  I've chatted with a half dozen eBay Reps, they all said they would pass the case to IT team and  have the problem fixed with 48 hours, its been 14 days, nothing is fixed. I wonder when eBay will suspend my seller account. well, I stopped listing new items.
