Hi. It's been awhile since I've had to file a NPB on a Buyer. Has the policy changed as far as them being able to give you a neg if you open a case against them? Thank you

They're around to bid at the last second.... and never return? Spare us all with buyer excuses! You're making me cry 😞

You can't teach someone something they think they already know. If someone thinks they already know something, their curiosity is gone. Their desire to learn is weak or non-existent. They are not really paying attention to what is going on around them or looking for things which are out of place. They know it all, and nothing can surprise them. Until it does.

I get some that pay late, but I wish they would just ask and not have to go through all this. I really dont mind waiting for payment, it's having them disappear for a week then get mad and say "I had to wait til I gots mein Centrelink cheque Bra!". If they would just ask, I would be fine. I can wait a week. But they seem to think I'm clairvoyant or something then flip out when the UPI opens. They can spend 24/7 on Facebook, but cannot send me a one-liner stating they would like to pay a few days later please and Frank you? Cyki !!!

There are sniping programs that bid for a person in the last seconds of an auction. Yes, it's entirely possible for a bidder to place a bid and be nowhere around....maybe even asleep when the bid was placed. And buyers have 48 hours to pay before they're considered late by Ebay's standards. If you file a UID after that, then they get 96 more hours to pay. If you're in a hurry to be paid, use fixed price with immediate payment.
