Unpaid item

Hi guys

I am a ebay seller. My costumer buy something. I can see sold but I can not receive money. Costumer says "please ship the my product"  I am saying "I did not get any money on my paypal account so i can not ship" Costumer say I pay it"

I can not solve this problem some one can help me how can I solve this problem.

Does eBay say it is payed and to ship??

If so the payment problem is on your end.

Contact Paypal other wise.

Ask your customer for the PayPal transaction number of his payment. And make sure your address in PayPal doesn't have any typo's. If neither of those things help call PayPal and see what's up.
