Unfair Ngeative Feedbacks

Hello.
Hope doing well.
My account restricted due to two unfair negative feedbacks from customer. We delivered orders to customer at given address, we have proof of delivery with tracking details and picture of delivery but customer is denying about delivery confirmation and he left two negative feedbacks. Now kindly tell us solution what we do we already contacted eBay customer support and share this matter but they are saying to contact with customer. We already contacted customer and shared details but he is not agree to change feedbacks and he want full refund for two orders.
Kindly members tell us solution what we do and how to resolve this issue.
Regards,

@auk_19001

You are in Pakistan.  Foreign sellers like you are held to an extremely high standard.

You canceled one order, then had one lost in the mail.

Those are called "bad buyer experiences" and eBay takes a very dim view of those.

How long are the restrictions in place?  You might have to wait them out.

eBay seller since 1999. This is a posting ID.

OP says they have "proof of delivery with tracking details", so ??? Wouldn't they just have to post the tracking # to the not received case?

The OP made no mention of cases being opened, just about negative feedback and (I assume) the "Bad Buyer Experience" dings that result. You cannot reply to a case if there is no case.

Your buyer had a bad experience so they expressed that in negative feedback.
There is a reason eBay masks eBay IDs now you've violated your buyers right to privacy by posting their eBay ID in your reply. Your buyer should report you.
