Glitches are back? Won't let me revise items because of the following message under shipping rates:"We're unable to retrieve your shipping rate table at this time" ,even though I don't use the shipping table! Am I supposed to take them all down and relist them? Do I get to keep some of the money I owe this month when your site fails? Another joke presented by ebay that I don't get!
