’It appears that you haven't provided the required information to confirm your identity or financial data. Until we receive that information, your listing and communication activity have been restricted to ensure a safe trading environment for you and the eBay community.{e233297-1212400x}

They have told you they need info from you.  Have you reached out to find out what you are missing giving them?  Seems the logical action due to the message.

Please review the below link carefully. It contains very important information as to how Ebay needs to see the information you provide them on your account. It is likely easier to change your Ebay account to match your bank account if you find there to be a difference.

Have you already signed up and been confirmed for ebay's Managed Payments?

In order to list, you have to tell eBay where you want to send the money when it sells (and charge the fees for that sale).

You must have a checking account that has the same exact name and address as your eBay registration name.

Here is the Help page for Managed Payments:

https://www.ebay.com/sellercenter/payments-and-fees/payments-and-earnings

Some other things that you might want to read up on before you list.

https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/selling/start-selling-ebay?id=4081

This is the BIG one that you need to read and understand.

Good luck!
