I recently received a message when I try to list or relist Stacker 2 products on ebay I get the following message
"Stacker 2 and Stacker 4 have been reported unsafe by the authorities. Please do not offer this product on eBay. For more information, see this link. {e56641-1051539x}
1051539"
The link goes to a European regulatory recall site that shows a product called Euro Stacker 4 and has the messages of
"Risk: The caffeine dose exceeds the maximum daily allowable dose.
Comment: In view of the excessive caffeine content of this product, holders are requested to discontinue use."
The items i'm trying to list and relist are not this product that is being recalled. I'm trying to list Stacker 2 energy Shots,
and Stacker 2 Ephedra Free Dietary Supplements that contain way less caffeine than the item being recalled.
Stacker 2 is a brand name they make various dietary supplements and Energy Shots. This doesn't make any sense just because 1 item out of all of the products
they manufacture and sell is being recalled shouldn't mean that all of their other products that are not being recalled because they do not exceed the Maximum allowable dose should be banned and removed. For Example Stacker 2 Energy Shots contain as much caffeine as a cup of coffee and the same amount of caffeine as 5 Hour energy shots. Stacker 2 Ephedra free Dietary Supplement also contains about the same amount of caffeine as 2 cups of coffee. This ban is completely arbitrary. If an Apple product was being recalled, it would make sense why that specific product would be banned from being listed, but all Apple products wouldn't be banned.
I've included links to the products i'm talking about below. As well as a screenshot of the message I receive when I try to edit the listing and a screenshot of
the European recall site.
Does anybody know what to do about this? Who to contact regarding someone reviewing this issue?
Any and all help would be appreciated.

were you trying to list with World wide shipping? Might be the reason the warning came up........list to only US?

No, the message comes up whether or not the item is being sold internationally, i'm actually a little incorrect because i'm not even listing or relisting the items i'm just editing them to update the quantity, and instead of letting me update the quantity or anything else in the listing that message comes up for every single product that has Stacker 2 in the title or description.

Is there a solution to this issue?
