Unable to list on my Ebay store

Anyone having or had a problem listing on there Ebay store? 

I have been unable to list since March 25 2024 and have called Ebay almost daily with about 10  hours of phone time by now. I have been passed off several times on each call and promised a call back that NEVER happens. The message is when i try to list that i need to up my seller limits as i do not have enough. My limits were increased early March and i show i have more then i will ever use and Ebay sees the same thing, I am unable to do anything and can not get any help from Ebay. 

I would appreciate any help or ides anyone has .

What are your limits in # of listings and $ amount? And what are your current totals for # of listings and $ amount?

How have you been contacting eBay? By phone, thru social media, etc? Customer service is infamous now. Its overseas contract labor might say anything to get you off the phone.

It sounds to me that it is likely that one of your limits has been reached. After the month is up the limits are reset. Thats just a few days away.

Seller limits can be one of these: Dollar limits, quantity limits, and category limits.

I would suggest you stop calling eBay, limits are reviewed monthly automatically, they will notify you if you get an increase.

You can also request an increase ONCE every 30 days, if you keep clicking or calling you may never get an increase.
