Hello, i am unable to list my first item .after click submit i see page "Reqest for higher selling limit" but i am not selling any item or no item is listed so far .i still receive error .can anyone help me

See what they have to say. Maybe they can turn your issue around and reinstate you. Please be careful with what you're listing. Make sure you know what is permitted and restricted.

You need to sign up for managed payments with Payoneer. Make sure the info on your bank account and your ebay account are the same name, etc. You just signed on to ebay today...you just don't immediately start selling. You have to be approved where you will be limited to sell only 3 items monthly until you've accumulated some positive sales. Go to this link and get signed up so you will be paid:

Note that ebay will hold any money you make for up to 3 weeks, as this is protocol for new sellers.

What are you trying to list and for what dollar amount? EBay limits new sellers for both eBay as well as the sellers protection. What does your seller hub say your current limits are?

i decreased selling items .now a new error "In order to keep eBay a safe and trustworthy environment, we regularly review marketplace activity. As part of our review, we've temporarily placed a selling hold on your account. This hold will prevent you from listing new items."

selling limit is 3 now .but new error emerges . now account put on hold .

You have to sign up for Managed Payments and attach a Payoneer account and be approved.

It could take a few weeks to be approved, before you'll be able to sell.

payoneer account is approved . all documents from payoneer side are approved .

Sounds like you were trying to sell something that violated ebay policy. Is this the ebay account you sold the items from?? Did you sell anything at all? If yes, could you let us know what you were listing before they were pulled? Thanks.

You will probably have to contact eBay to find out the reason for the hold. At least you have not been suspended so it may be simply something eBay is validating/verifying with regards to your account. Suggest using facebook connection since the call in support these days is worthless.
