Unable to list my first item

Hello, i am unable to list my first item .after click submit i see page "Reqest for higher selling limit" but i am not selling any item or no item is listed so far .i still receive error .can anyone help me

 Ebay is quick to watch new sellers who immediately start selling high end or suspicious items.  Given you are in Pakistan, they could be counterfeit and to be honest, I don't know if they are even permitted on ebay or not.  I looked and only saw a few listed, which tells me they may be restricted.  Someone here may know more. Also, ebay doesn't have to tell you why or give you a reason, as if they did people would try to get around those restrictions in other ways.  I'm sorry this is your situation and unfortunately they will probably not reinstate your account.  It's always a good idea to see what you can and cannot do before selling.  Obviously, you did not.  I wish you well in your future with your next career move.

Ebay will have to approve everything and they'll send you an email when you are ready.

It could take a few weeks.

See what they have to say. Maybe they can turn your issue around and reinstate you.  Please be careful with what you're listing.  Make sure you know what is permitted and restricted.

they have increased my limit to 10 items and $500 . now another issue while listing ;

i am already approved from payoneer side.
