Unable to leave feedback, it bounces me back to my home page. also same issue with revisions of BIN

Long time store owner here.  Having an issue as to selling or buying as trying to leave positive feedback, it won't le me and bounces me, plus difficult to get a new listing going without taking  a long way to get it done, and revision as to changing BIN price or shipping fees, also bouncing me.  I have Windows 10  Hughes Dish connection just fine and this is a new issue the past month.    Quite annoying and can't call for help as there is no more phone assistance!   It's ticking me off.    I'm nicenmello and have the store BornAgainTreasures.com

As a store owner I do appreciate the free over 250 listings thru July now.  Saves me some bucks,  but what good is it with the issues I now have?  Like gas is cheap so we can drive cheap, but where do we go?  Like a bald man who gets a comb as a gift.   It's a great time to sell, business booming for my store as stimulus cash is coming soon!  They are buying non essentials and yearbooks they always wanted but was not in budget.

You are right, phone service is suspended in most cases, but you can reach out to eBay customer service thru email, or Facebook or Twitter. To send an email, go to the Help & Contact link located on most eBay pages. I have contacted them thru email and rec'd an answer within 24 hours. Good luck, hope you can get it resolved.
