Unable to access saved drafts

Since 10/8/18, when I saved 8 drafts, I have been unable to access them. I get either a blank screen, or I get an error message.  When I click "OK" on the error message box, I am routed to a new screen \that looks like a spreadsheet with all my listed items, but there is no access to my drafts. I called Customer Support, and was told this is a glitch in the system that eBay knows about and is trying to fix. It has been 10 days now. I might have to delete those drafts and relist them, but I'm not even sure if I can do that; I haven't tried.

Saved drafts created after 10/8/18 work as usual, no problems.  Has anyone else had this problem?

What happens if you use a direct link to your Drafts?

Thanks for posting the links. I do like the first as it is a lot more useful as it gives a lot more information and does not require a lot of scrolling.

Neither works.  EBay promised to call me by tomorrow to let me know the result.  Meantime, I think they need to give me some free listings to make up for this.

What I get for either link is the same I got before "Sorry there was an error" and when I click OK it goes to a blank screen.

Still can't do anything with them, and I haven't heard back from eBay.  Also, is anybody else having multiple issues since eBay started revising the various pages?  I get automatically re-directed to  "Check out our new (seller, saved drafts, sold) page."  There is an option to "X", or click a button that says "OK".  Neither option takes me to the new page, nor will it let me go back to what I was doing. I have completed every "Tell us what you think" survey letting eBay know about the issue.  Using eBay as a seller has become really frustrating, since I'm used to the streamlined process before everything got changed.

On my secondary account - I was trying to revise listings by adding additional pictures and got an error message for the past week. With the other acct getting the 500 free listing promo - I'm just moving everything over where I don't have the problem.

This glitch seems to only be affecting a small amt of accts - but if you only have one acct than it's a pain - best of luck to you!
